At Circle M Estates, we offer thoughtfully designed packages to accommodate everything you are looking for your special event. All pre-designed packages are able to be customized to best fit your needs for your special event.

Event & Party Packages

Hourly Party Package

Designed for smaller gatherings and daytime or evening events, the Hourly Party Package offers access to the heart of the Cyrus House for relaxed and meaningful celebrations.

Ideal for:
Birthday parties, bridal showers, bridal luncheons, anniversaries, family events, business gatherings, community events, fundraisers, and more.

  • Up to 100 guests

  • Up to 5 hours

  • Access to the first floor of the Cyrus House, kitchen, and outdoor areas

  • Bedrooms, bridal suite, and groom’s suite are not included

Full Day Party Package

Perfect for hosts who want additional time to gather, celebrate, and enjoy the space at a comfortable pace.

Ideal for:
Showers, celebrations, family gatherings, business events, and community functions.

Details:

  • Up to 100 guests

  • Up to 8 hours (customizable time frame)

  • Access to the first floor of the Cyrus House, kitchen, and outdoor areas

  • Bedrooms, bridal suite, and groom’s suite are not included

The Cyrus House Wedding Package

Designed for couples who envision their celebration centered entirely at the Cyrus House, this package is ideal for intimate ceremonies, receptions, or reception-only events.

Details:

  • Up to 150 guests

  • 12-hour rental (additional hours available)

  • Venue walkthrough scheduled 6–8 weeks prior to the wedding day

  • 1 Hour for Rehearsal

  • Access to the first and second floors of the Cyrus House, kitchen, outdoor areas, bridal suite, and groom’s suite

  • Bedrooms are not included

High Ridge Chapel Wedding Package

Circle M Estates Wedding Weekend Package

For couples dreaming of a full weekend experience, this package offers extended time and on-site lodging for loved ones or the wedding party.

Details:

  • Up to 250 guests

  • Friday check-in at 4:00 PM | Sunday check-out at 10:00 AM

  • Venue walkthrough scheduled 6–8 weeks prior to the wedding day

  • Access to High Ridge Chapel, first and second floors of the Cyrus House, kitchen, outdoor areas, bridal suite, groom’s suite, and all bedrooms

  • Includes overnight accommodations in five bedrooms within the Cyrus House
