The High Ridge Chapel can seat up to 250 guests. Capacity for events hosted in the Cyrus House and other gathering spaces varies depending on the type of event and layout selected.

Is Circle M Estates an indoor or outdoor venue?
Circle M Estates offers both indoor and outdoor spaces, including The Cyrus House and The High Ridge Chapel, allowing for flexible event layouts.

Are tours available?
Yes! Tours are available by appointment. We recommend reaching out to schedule a private walkthrough of the property.

Do you offer add-on experiences or activities?
Yes! We can help coordinate optional add-on activities such as farm tours, skeet shooting, spa experiences, Wine & Design, and more.

Booking & Planning

How far in advance should we book?
Dates are booked on a first-come, first-served basis. We recommend reaching out as soon as you have a preferred date in mind.

Is a deposit required to reserve our date?
Yes, a signed contract and deposit are required to officially reserve your event date.

Do you offer venue walkthroughs before the event?
Yes. All wedding packages include a venue walkthrough scheduled approximately 6–8 weeks prior to your wedding day.

Can we customize our event timeline?
Absolutely. Time frames can be customized depending on your selected package and availability.

Wedding-Specific

Can we have both our ceremony and reception at Circle M Estates?
Yes. Depending on your package, you may host your ceremony, reception, or both on-site using The High Ridge Chapel, The Cyrus House, or both.

Is there a bridal suite and groom’s suite?
Yes. Select wedding packages include access to both a bridal suite and groom’s suite.

Can we host a rehearsal or welcome event on-site?
This is possible with certain packages, including the Wedding Weekend Package. Please contact us to discuss details.

Event & Vendor

Do you allow outside vendors?
Yes. Couples and clients are welcome to bring in their own vendors. We may provide a preferred vendor list upon request.

Is catering required to be from a specific vendor?
No. You may choose your own licensed and insured caterer.

Is alcohol allowed on the property?
Alcohol is permitted with proper licensing and insurance, in accordance with state and venue policies.

Property & Amenities

Is the kitchen available for use?
Kitchen access is included in select packages. Availability depends on the package chosen.

Are there overnight accommodations on-site?
Overnight accommodations are available with the Wedding Weekend Package, which includes access to all five bedrooms in The Cyrus House.

Is parking available for guests?
Yes. On-site parking is available for guests and vendors.

Is the venue handicap accessible?

Setup, Cleanup & Policies

Can we decorate the venue?
Yes. You are welcome to decorate within venue guidelines. We’ll provide a list of approved décor and restrictions.

Are candles allowed?

Do we need event insurance?
